This type of consult is great for those who are wanting an in depth conversation about their little ones sleep issues or concerns. We can answer any questions you may have and give advice to help improve your little ones current sleep situation.
Includes a pre-sleep questionnaire to gain a full understanding of your little ones sleep issues and current routines
A one-hour video or phone consultation to discuss about your little one’s sleep concerns
Follow up email summarising phone call advice
This consult does not include any follow up support and is designed to give you a clear plan to tweak your current sleep routine

Price: $120
This type of consult is great for those who are wanting a sleep assessment and routine and are confident in implementing their sleep routine independently
Includes a pre-sleep questionnaire to gain a full understanding of your little ones sleep issues and current routines
Personalised sleep assessment and routine your little one

Suitable for parents who are looking to create a sleep routine for their little one and improve their child's overall sleep. After completing a pre sleep questionnaire we can work together to create a routine that works for you and your family to help you achieve your sleep goals

PDF resources on sleep hygiene and environment, nutrition for sleep, safe sleep guidelines, biological sleep windows, bedtime routines and more
Personal sleep log with daily check-ins
Two weeks of follow-up support to implement your new sleep plan via text or email between 8am and 8pm
Add on ($160) two-hour in-home support visit to discuss your sleep assessment, routine & settling techniques. (In home visits only available for clients located within Mildura and surrounding areas)
Add on ($80): one week of extra support

Suitable for parents who are expecting and new parents who would like to learn about newborns sleep and gentle settling techniques to help settle fussy newborns.
Includes 10 page Newborn sleep guide on age-appropriate awake times, settling fussy new-borns, safe sleep guidelines, sleep hygiene and environment advice and more
